Haloo guyssss.....

Today.... was amazing,whyy??

          Because today we already made a breakfast and for the first time our product will be serve in restaurant. Our topic today is continental breakfast as someone called a simple breakfast why? because there are just bread, coffee or tea and fruit (it can fresh fruit or juice) and dont forget the preserve (jam,milk,butter and marmalade).

        For starting our day, of course oneline in front kitchen before entered in, put our bag in locker and oneline in pastry and bakery. And Sir Faisal give us short explained  what we should to do. And we divided into 10 team, team 1-5 will prepared continental breakfast and the other 5 team will prepared for tomorrow is English Breakfast.
        Team 1 made a coffee, tea and preserve, team 2 made juice (Tomato, Apple, Pinapple), team 3 made soft roll, team 4 made French Bread and team 5 made toast Bread.
         My team handle a coffee, tea and preserve. Preserve is a things should available before a guest come, are milk, jam , marmalade and butter. We prepared a 8 liter coffee and tea without add anything like sugar and cream. And 1 liter milk, for preserve we use a instant jam, marmalade and butter.
     

At 11.30 all bread and drink available in restaurant and eated by guest (poltekpar makassar students or lecturers). and its was so amazing because we all can finished it in time. After that we take a break about 1 hour 

After that we oneline in pastry and bakery again for divide our cleaning section and ready to home.
