#6 Daily Activity (English Version)

Halloo my readerr...
      This is a day 2 we practic in this week. After yesterday we already made a Continental Breakfast, so today we gonna make a English Breakfast. English Breakfast there are Coffee and Tea for sure, Preserve, English Muffin, Chocolate Muffin, Raisin Muffin, Juice and of course there is a cereal and oatmeals because it's not called English breakfast if there's no cereal and oatmeals.
      As usual, always oneline, checked our tool by senior incharge, checked grooming, then put our bag in locker. After that oneline in pastry and bakery.
       Today my team didn't handle anything just team 6-10 (like i wrote yesterday). Team 6 will make Coffee,Tea and preserve. Team 7 make juice, team 8 make English Muffin , team 9 make Raisin Muffin and Chocolate Muffin and the last team is team 10 make oatmeals and cereal (koko krunch and cornflakes)
       Because my team didn't handle anything so we are help another team to make sure we can finished it in time. But though our breakfast are ready, still coming out about 11.00 its so annoying, we woke up early in the morning just for sure our breakfast still warm when eaten by guest but restaurant always open late.

After all food and drink out to restaurant, And other team will prepared ingredient for American Breakfast and Indonesian breakfast. For American breakfast there are Croissant, Danish , Egg Dishes,  juice and coffee tea and preserve.

After that we do general cleaning and ready to go home
