February 4, 2019 is the first day we entered the kitchen for this week, after a week of studying in the theory so today we will continue the previous material is puff pastry because on the week before our puff pastry has not been modeling and it"s keep in the chiller.

     As usual, we entered at 8:00 WITA, beginning put a bag in locker, then oneline in pastry and bakery to start the activity today, starting with the attendance and grooming examination by a senior incharge. But specifically for this day because we were visiting volunteers from Switzerland, so before starting the activity, first we do general cleaning and some seniors make breakfast. It is a pleasure for us MTB GENK to be able to make food for our campus's dear guests.
    After general cleaning we first take a rest before doing the activity today. after taking a break, the activity began today, we immediately prepared the puff pastry dough that had been made before and in free shapes but Sir Faisal made the requirement to make 5 forms of puffs from Professional Cooking Book.     After modeling it so its time to ovened, because the puff mixture doesn't use yeast so we don't need to proof it.
Senior incharge also shows how to make sugar dough and pie dough for further learning. and after that we do general cleaning.
   After everything is finished, that means we are ready to go home, but before we oneline first and pray that we will be protected by the Almighty to arrive at home safely. And today's activity is closed by a brief direction from Sir Faisal
