Kitchen Equipments

1. Panini Press

Function : Used to press sandwich or panini with leaving bar mark/ char
Materials :non stick coating metal with stainless steel body
Cleaning : unplug the cord and then clean it with soap and water and avoid using too much water

2. Sandwich Press

 

Function : To make sandwich with filling inside
Materials : stainless steel with nonstick coated metal
Cleaning : unplug the cord and then clean it with soap and water and avoid using too much water


3. Tortilla Press

Function :  To make flat and thin tortilla without using direct fire
Materials : stainless steel
Cleaning : unplug the cord and then clean it with soap and water and avoid using too much water

Kitchen Utensils

1.Rubber Spatula

Function : To mix or flip cake or batter with it's flexible form
Materials : Plastic handle with rubber spatula
Cleaning : Clean with soap and water and do not use hot water or acid to clean


2.Ladle

Function : To Take or stir soup or liquid in deep container
Materials : Mostly Stainless steel , but there is some made of plastic and rubber
Cleaning : Clean with soap and water and dry well

3.Digital Scale

Function : To measure materials by weight grams or ml
Materials : Plastic
Cleaning : Clean the tray with soap and water and dry well , don't wash the scale cause it will break it
