MID TEST (English Version)

Hallo guyss

     Today is our mid test and we made Chicken Liver with Herb Pate, Calm Chowder, Spaghetti Bolognaise and Yellow Butter Cake.

    Chicken Liver with Herb Pate is kind of cold appetizer and it serve with Holandaise Sauce and Frozen Butter. 

     After yesterday we already prepared all ingredients of all dish and already made sauce bolognaise so today we're not very quite busy.

     I handle Spaghetti Bolognaise and i just boil spaghetti about 10 - 12 minutes, soak with cold water, drainen with olive oil and salt.  Place the spaghetti in hot dinner plate, pour the sauce and add garnish.

    After all's done we do general cleaning. not like usual today is a big big big general cleaning ever when we are in practic day.

     And we oneline about 6.00 pm and activities today  closed by Sir Jaya.
