#1 Daily Activity After MID (English Version)

                     Haiii gaesss welcome back to my blog, this my first post after mid test. 
        Actually it is not the first day we entered kitchen for this week but i've been sick for 2 days so i can't join and wednesday we have a public holiday, yup for the first time wkwkwk
         At 4 April 2019 we made a Indonesian Food. In Indonesian Food there is Jalangkote, Sosok Utan, Kondro, and Pisang Ijo. And my team have handled dessert. It's Pisang Ijo. 
         Pisang Ijo is a traditional food from Makassar in South Sulawesi, its a food of banana coated with green rice flour dough.
         Like usual we oneline in cold kitchen and absened by senior. And our senior explain what should we do today. After that we doing based on team.
        When finally all our dishes done, we explained it to Sir Faisal and do general cleaning. Have  a short break and then pray before go home.



RECIPE :
8 Finger Banana
Dough :
250 gr All Purpose Flour
50 gr Sugar
300 ml Coconut Milk
1tsb Pandan essence
Coconut Sauce :
250ml Coconut Milk
50g Rice Flour
50gr sugar
1 pinch salt
1 Pandan Leaf

How To Make :
Steam Banana, After that peel it
Dough :
1. Pour coconut milk in saucepan and simmer with low heat, add sugar and pandan essence.                    Mix it well
2. Add a few by a time All purpose flour in it and mix it well.
3.  Let stand a few moments to cool.
4. When it chill, cover the banana with green dough and steam it about 15 minutes
Coconut Sauce :
Boil coconut milk, salt, pandan leaf and sugar then add rice flour. Mix it well
When serving time, cut pisang ijo pour with coconut sauce and add syrup dht (pisang ambon)
